Here's the run for next Sunday. It's an easy run which should compensate for the stiff cold wind from the west. It's a little less than 8 Km's so you can go for a coffee.

- We're a group of runners that meet at 8:00a.m. every Sunday for an easy 8 km run in our downtown Toronto neighbourhood. It's intended to be a relaxing run followed by coffee at a local cafe. We've produced maps and brochures in the neighbourhood encouraging running and a healthy lifestyle. We welcome visitors to Toronto to join us. We're happy to highlight some interesting points about our neighbourhood and Toronto that you might not see as a tourist. Last year we had runners from Italy, South America, Australia and all over the US and Canada join us for our run.
I can't wait for this run. The cast is off so I am back in business.
