Sunday December 27th Hill Training

This Sunday December 27th we will run to Riverdale Park. There we will do one loop of a Cycle Cross race from a couple months ago. It will be a great hill workout. Then we run back.

    The run looks challenging. I'm not sure we can cross the Don Valley on Queen Steet although I'm sure that won't stop us.
